PA GOP: Keller Nominated for Special Election
Republican Party of Pennsylvania Press Release:
Saturday, Republican conferees in Pennsylvania’s 12th Congressional District nominated State Representative Fred Keller to run in the May 21st special election to replace Congressman Tom Marino.
In response, Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Val DiGiorgio, made the following statement:
“Fred Keller is the kind of principled, conservative leader needed for the 12th Congressional District. I have no doubt that Fred will go to Congress and be a strong voice for north-central Pennsylvania, an ally of President Donald Trump, and stand up to the likes of Nancy Pelosi and the increasingly-socialist left.
“With Democrats like Marc Friedenberg supporting socialist policies like the $93 trillion Green New Deal and the government takeover of healthcare, we need people like Fred Keller to stand up for American values in the halls of Congress.
“In the coming weeks and months, the Republican Party of Pennsylvania will be using every tool at our disposal to send Fred Keller to Congress and keep this seat red.”
